Da Capo Timer ("the App") is developed and operated by BiteSite Inc. ("we", "our", or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.
We do not collect any personal information. The App
operates entirely on your device. All timer configurations you create
are stored locally using your device's built-in storage (iOS
UserDefaults) and are never transmitted off your device.
Timer data (names, steps, and durations) is saved locally on your device. This data is not synced to the cloud, is not shared with us, and is not accessible to any third party. Uninstalling the App removes all associated data from your device.
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or tracking SDKs. No data is sent to any external server or service.
The App does not make any network requests. An internet connection is not required to use the App.
The App does not collect data from anyone, including children under the age of 13. There is nothing to comply with under COPPA or similar regulations, but we are committed to ensuring the App remains data-free.
